The monthly report
On the first of each month the report lands in your inbox: your total, your best day, every day as a bar, any incidents, and how much your roof produced compared with what the weather allowed. This one shows 755 kWh over 31 of 31 days reported, 3% under the same month a year earlier, and on the ten days with enough sun to compare, 214 kWh against the 221 kWh expected for the weather over that roof.

- It applies when your inverter manufacturer’s cloud was still sending us data — we cannot see what SolarEdge, Enphase or Growatt do not transmit.
- The remedy is a free year, or a refund of the current year if you prefer. We can never compensate you for the lost production itself.
Your price never rises for as long as your subscription runs.

- A new price only ever applies to new customers. The €2.50 a month you start on today is the €2.50 a month you pay in ten years.
- It holds while the subscription runs without a break; if you cancel and return later, you start at the price of that day.
Cancelling, refunds and payment
The first term is 12 months. After that you can cancel online at any time, with at most one month’s notice.
Change your mind within the first 14 days and you pay only for the days we monitored. If you cancel after your first year, we refund the unused part of the year.
- Payment runs through our payment provider Mollie, by SEPA direct debit or card. We never see a full card number.
- Before every annual charge you get an e-mail with the amount and the date, so nothing is taken unannounced.
To claim, write to [email protected] with your account e-mail address and the date concerned. If the claim is valid, we apply the free year or pay the refund within 14 days.
These guarantees come on top of your statutory rights, which are never limited by them.

- A European company, with proper invoices showing our VAT number.
- Your account data and your measurements are hosted in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam. We never sell them or use them for advertising. Every provider we use is named in the privacy policy.
- No advertising and no third-party tracking. You are the customer, not the product.
- Read-only access to your installation: we can never switch anything on or off.
- No cookies at all — not on this site and not in the app — which is why nothing has asked you to accept anything.
Questions before you connect
Do you need my inverter password?
No. SolarEdge and Enphase both use their own sign-in page, where you approve read access and your password is never typed into Solmiro. Growatt uses a read-only token that you generate yourself in the ShinePhone app and can withdraw there. We can never change anything on your installation.
Do you monitor my battery, or what I use in the house?
No. Solmiro watches the inverter and what it produces, because that is where money is lost without anyone noticing.
How many e-mails will I actually get?
Three kinds. An alert, only when something needs your attention. A cloudy week does not count, so a healthy roof can go months without one. One report, on the first of each month. And the usual service mail: a confirmation when you connect, the yearly invoice, and a reminder before renewal. There is no newsletter, so you have nothing to unsubscribe from.
How do I cancel, and can I stop the direct debit?
Yes. You cancel online in two clicks, without a phone call. Before every yearly charge you get an e-mail with the amount and the date, and in the first 14 days you can withdraw from the purchase entirely. Payment runs through Mollie, by SEPA direct debit or card.
